EMMA, FRECKLE PHOTOGRAPHY

Tell us about yourself and what you do.

I’m a photographer of people, places and stories. Whether it be carefully crafted portraits or cheekily captured wedding dancefloor antics - if there’s a story to tell, I’m into it!

What inspired you to be involved in this campaign shoot?

It’s so important to get better representation across the wedding industry, and to promote inclusivity and diversity. To be a part of this shoot means carving out more space for under-represented people in the wedding industry as a whole.

What is your favourite thing about working in the wedding industry?

Real love stories. Simple as that.

What is your proudest achievement?

Oh gosh, this is a tough one! It’s got to be showing up at every wedding as if it’s the first. Being continually open and curious and giving to my couples.

Which women inspire you the most and why?

Every woman I have ever met has a story to tell. Listening to other women and their real stories of strength is always inspiring - particularly those who have less privileges and go on to conquer their corner.

This year’s International Women’s Day 2024 theme is #InspireInclusion. What does this mean to you?

To continually be accountable and to keep educating myself and others about how to make the world more inclusive, so that no one ever feels left out or less than.

A great experience and a great cause!
